new pattern | winter socks

Today I’m launching my new knitting pattern for the Winter Socks.

I’ve made two pairs of Winter Socks.

The solid colour version are made using Drops Nord in the Pearl Grey Mix (03) colourway.

Drops Nord is a slightly thicker and warmer 4ply sock yarn owing to its high alpaca content, and I love them for winter dog walking and general cozy autumn and winter sock wearing.

The second pair I made used a sock set from Biffsugar Yarns called Florence and I do think this particular pattern, with the lace panel, looks wonderful worked like this.

The Winter Socks can be purchased on either Ravelry or Etsy - I always offer two options to purchase now as I know many of you are not so keen to use Ravelry these days.
