This episode is all about the holidays (and jumpers, just not holiday jumpers).

Episode 61 Show Notes

FINISHED

Whitehorse Sweater by Caitlin Hunter @boylandknitworks. Made size L to get gauge, used the discontinued (sadly because it’s lovely) Rowan Cashsoft DK in the colour Dusty.

Betsy and Daisy the unicorns - made using a unicorn pattern from the new Ricorumi range that isn’t on Ravelry yet. The book I used is called Magic and if you search Ricorumi Magic, it does come up so hope that helps you track it down if you want to make one of these awesome (and very magical) creatures.

I used Cascade 220 in a variety of scrap colours I had in my stash and for the gold horns I used King Cole Cosmos for Betsy’s - it has sequins in it - and plain gold thread for Daisys.

Balance Shawl - my bright mustard version for an aran weight sample using Lana Grossa McWool 100 in the colourway Curry and an 8mm hook.

Rose Window Motifs - a beautiful vintage motif pattern that I filmed a tutorial for which can be found here.

WORK IN PROGRESS

Bark Sweater by Sidsel Sangild - making this amazing crocheted sweater with Madelinetosh Merino Light in the Thunderstorm colourway - what an amazing colour!

Advent Socks for Betsy using scrap sock yarn and no pattern.

Christmas open socks for me using Christmas Cookie yarn from Nicola Luke on Etsy.

Betsy Sweater using King Cole fabulous chunky yarn.
