episode 54 | new moon

It's the December New Moon in Sagittarius and combined with the Winter Solstice on Thursday that means we are in for a powerful week of intention setting and dreaming.

I saw this post from @spiritualgangster on instagram today and it made me swoon. This is such a powerful time and all you have to do is know what you want, write it down somewhere; in your journal, your phone or in a workbook like Susannah's linked below, and you will be halfway there. Now is a good time to really believe in yourself and know that you can do whatever you like in 2018, nothing is out of reach.

This New Moon is about EXPANDING, EVOLVING and ALLOWING. Expanding through experience, evolving from the truth we find and allowing our path to unfold as it was intended.

2018 Colours and Theme

flower2.jpg

My colour theme for 2018 is called the Gardening Club and features lots of greens, browns, peaches and blush pinks. I'm feeling the strong need to return to nature this coming year and I think my word for the year, Accept and/or Acceptance, is in tune with this desire for simplicity and letting go too. I will try and write a more detailed blog post about both these things before the end of this year.
