I always loved this pattern, from one of Pam Dawson’s amazing vintage Golden Hands books and so I had to make it regardless of the fact that I knew I would never get my wayward bosom into it!

It was such a joy to make and I would do it all over again - maybe if Betsy grows up to be a hipster - happy that I managed to deconstruct it and turn it into a shawl (with an awesome pom pom edging) that gets quite a bit more use.

Used many dk weight yarn scraps.
