Started: 8 october 2017
Finished: 23 january 2018
Design: vanilla socks by Potter & Bloom
Yarn: london underground yarn by trailing clouds
Needle: 2.5mm
Status: used a lot, then accidentally felted and binned
Another one of my early pairs of socks that I accidentally felted. I think because I wore them so much more than other socks (they were super comfortable) and therefore washed them more and then one day they accidentally ended up in the washing machine. Gah!
I used 2.5mm needles, cast on 64sts and knitted a plain vanilla sock - I went through a stage of using 2.5mm needles to knit my socks but I found them to be too baggy on my foot.
I do have some of this yarn left and I am considering making a second pair.
Notes from ravelry….
Using this amazing yarn and a vanilla sock.
Cast on 64 stitches on 2.5mm needles.
Trying out fish lips kiss heel on my own socks for the first time.
